In her role as reception coordinator and culinary director she can help you wade through the options and fun that planning a reception should be! From the beginning stages of planning through till your event she will help cater to your every desire.
Mary Burkemper – Financial Officer
A charter employee of Stegton since 1968. Handling all accounts payable, receivable and payroll. Mary has proven her loyalty and her commitment to customer service. Having organized the details of customer deposits and timely payment, customers and employees alike feel the benefit of her organizational skills.
Gail Hoeber – General Manager
St. Charles native, Gail started with the Stegton as a bus person when he was 17 years of age and chose the hospitality industry for his life profession. He left Stegton to pursue careers with Radisson, Hilton, and Hannon’s Hotels. Armed with a high level of experience, client contacts, manager training, certifications, a flare for decorating, and a commitment to excellence, he came back to his roots of St. Charles and the Stegton where his career was formulated. His concern for perfection makes every function the BEST!
Chef Hix and Chef O’Brien
Dedicated to quality and perfection in culinary taste and eye appeal, their over 30 years combined experience is Stegton’s gain. Both are equal in their ability to take even the simplest of menus and create a delectable delight. Everything from decorated theme menus, elaborate sit-down dinners, bountiful buffets, to roasted suckling pig roasts, and box luncheons. Vashtee Hix – Floor Manager
St. Louis is quite different from the tropical island of Trinidad, where she was born. Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable are Vashtee’s hospitality goals. She is well versed in corporate wishes and bridal needs. She holds the staff to the same commitment of excellence, and pleasant attitude to the customers.
